Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I can then replace the "old" one with the "used" one and end up with a "matched" set (tires that is, not lesbians)
Leading evidence: 'Use " one and end up' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace "old" one' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have one Pirelli P Zero Rosso 285/30 18 from my 996 that I'd like to move out of the garage. It's build date was March '02. It saw less than 10,000 miles, and has better than half it's tread in my estimation. Free to a good home. Prefer pick up.
Roger
Actually, I never thought about how replying to a "one tire" offer would sound to everyone else. Tire swing is a good idea. How many people do you think have a Pirelli P-Zero for a tire swing? Could be setting a new trend.
Dell is right. I have one rear tire with with 7,000 miles on it and the other one has 800 miles on it. If I can get another one (free), then when the "older" tire goes thin and noisy, the "new" one will have about 4,000 - 5,000 miles on it. I can then replace the "old" one with the "used" one and end up with a "matched" set (tires that is, not lesbians)
Tim, 8/32 left in the center, right side. No one else seems interested except the lesbians and tire swingers, so as long as you arrange and take care of shipping it's yours.
Roger
Roger,
The tire arrived today. It actually has more tread on it than the one it will replace in three or four months! Thanks again for your generosity and willingness to share with your Rennlist friends!
I'm not much good at resizing pics for Rennlist. Here's some attempts.
I bought the 951 S early June this year. It has 10,000 original miles
Thanks for the interest.
Roger
Thanks. I understand the addiction. It's really an amazing machine, timeless in it's appearance in my opinion, and with racecar performance is an absolute blast to drive. I loved and miss my 996, but have absolutely no regrets in choosing this current toy.
