Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

20 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Just word of caution folks -- MY02 and newer cars have pyrotechnical (explosive) discharge seat belt tensioners. So, be careful handling these and transporting them. Also, you can not just throw these in the trash - they have to be rendered harmless (triggered) before being discarded.

POST 16Original post

great - more grenades to worry about !! wait I am OK, MY02 and NEWER - whew!!

POST 17Original post

Bumping an old thread. I'm trying to put new belts in and barely got going before getting stuck. How to I get the bracket that holds the trim piece on at the top of the belt so that I can take that bolt out and move forward? See pic

POST 19Original post

Found this thread, but can't seem to find anything that shows the DIY for changing out f/r seatbelts in a cab. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
