Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Due to a rule change, it looks like I'll be running my racecar as prepared for one year and then moving back to stock in 2008.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Due to a rule change, it looks like I'll be running my racecar as prepared for one year and then moving back to stock in 2008. That means I can upgrade the brakes for 2007 but I'll have to switch back when I return to stock so I'm looking for a cost effective solution.
Talking to Brembo I need to spend either $8,700 or $15,000. That's pretty painful for one year although I suppose I could sell the kit to you guys for 10 cents on the dollar when I'm done.
What have you guys done to your brakes. Turbo? GT3? ???
Thanks,
Jim
hmmmm. you can go gt3 brakes but you also have to change the uprights or get some spacers fabbed up. i have the stoptech 355mm/14", 4 piston front kit. the kit is great and the rotor wears like a diamond. 18" wheels work with the kit. the front 4 piston kit is ~2500. cheap enough for a season?
i think stoptech makes a 6 piston kit too.
Thanks guys. What would I do without you to help me spend money.
Actually I just put my car in the classifieds at a very good price so hopefully I won't be needing the brakes.
