i recently noticed my front left blinker not working. bought two new bulbs and replaced them both. left one still doesn't work. i tried switching the bulb i know works to the left...still nothing. the little sheet in the fuse compartment says the same fuse covers both bulbs so i'm guessing it's not the fuse. am i in for professional help now? any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Did you add blinker fluid? Sorry - but I just had to say it. PS - Love the red "S" - I should do that to mine.

thanks for the renntech forum thread -- i'll try the bending the socket trick. the fluid keeps running out every time i pour it in though... red "S" is bumperplugs.
i've been having this problem as of late. past 2 weeks ago, i fixed it until last night.... This is what I've read up. First thing is to take out the headlight and reinstall it. I think over the years, this retaining mechanism gets loose. 1. the socket trick. Bending it may work, but if doesn't, then try #2. 2. Sand paper the contacts (the bendy pin and the 'hole' that the bulb pin spins into) Mine had deposits and cleaned up the socket thoroughly, and coated with the anti corrosion electrical paste. If this doesn't work, then, #3. 3. The socket in the back of the headlight assembly may not be making positive connection. My car is stiff and I have a feeling that the vibration makes this connection loose as the car travels. 4. The 'track' that the headlamp slides into or the pins on the side of the headlight that locate it into the headlight tray (black plastic) That's all I have. I'm gonna go try reseating the headlight now because I've tried 1, 2. I don't think it's about getting a whole new headlight.
I think I should add that "S" after my turbo emblem. I mean - I do have TWO. " turbo S "
Flush the system first if you mix it with the OEM pink stuff it will gel on you. If it keeps leaking you might need to mix a little blinker stop leak into it.
does it work with the 4-way flashers?
