I would add that the tranny should be inspected for any signs of fluid leaks and the CV boots checked for any cracks/splits.

Suggestion
If you continue to drive the car with the clutch slipping you run the risk of ruining an otherwise reusable flywheel, so I would advise to either due the clutch now or avoid driving the car.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Clutch replacement coming soon to my 2004 AE I am sure has been covered but few questions:
Just over 50k miles and starting to "feel" some slipping so looks like sometime this year will ahve to do the clucth. While I am there I was thinking of the following:
Sparkplugs & Sparkplug tubes?
Belt?
AOS
Water pump & radiator fluid change
Anything else?
I had IMS / RMS done at 34k miles when I got the car so those should be good to go.
Sounds like a good list to me.
If you are at all competent (can change your own oil), then the serpentine belt is a DIY job. Save yourself the money, a new belt is $30 perhaps. In fact I would say it is easier than changing your oil.
Spark plugs are also pretty simple as a DIY job and can save you money, only slightly harder than an oil change. About 4 bolts and the mufflers drop out. Then you just need a torque wrench, socket extension, allen wrench, and spark plug socket. The tubes are a little more fiddly a job, but still pretty easy to do. There are plenty of write ups here on the tubes, you use a boat plug to get the old ones out.
Since you had the RMS/IMS done, I would pull have the shop pull the flywheel and inspect these items for leaks after 16k miles. This requires 8 new flywheel bolts, not more than a dollar a piece.
Water pump, belts, spark plugs are all handled without trans removal and won't save you any labor.
You don't have serviceable spark plug tubes. They are removeable on the 99-01 cars.
AOS is easier to get to when the trans is out.
If you continue to drive the car with the clutch slipping you run the risk of ruining an otherwise reusable flywheel, so I would advise to either due the clutch now or avoid driving the car. My preference would be to do the clutch now.
As for the other things you asked about doing them or having them done at the same time as the clutch makes some sense.
I would add that the tranny should be inspected for any signs of fluid leaks and the CV boots checked for any cracks/splits.
It might also make some sense in having the tranny fluid changed. This is not due until IIRC 90K miles but with the tranny out of the car why not replace the fluid?
Inspect the exhaust hardware hangers/fasteners and renew any that are showing the effects of corrosion.
Sincerely,
Macster.
The slip is not bad and only on HARD acceleration 2 - 3 is it really noticable. My local indy says should be OK for a bit just to keep an eye on it.

I have had a squeaky clutch pedal since day one so I think the assist spring is on the list as well.
