Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

32 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just cleaned my car, and had to post this... Hardly any nice weather here in Ottawa lately... More to come a little later!!

POST 2Original post

Nice Job! Great shots of a great car, looks really nice. Wanna come out west and do mine?

POST 6Original post

beautiful..... love that color with the red strip.

POST 7Original post

you know they always drive better clean. it is as simple as that. off topic, do the pedals bolt over existing or replace them? as far as weather - finally saw some sun here in ma too. washed mine, but no fresh pix to share.

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The brake and clutch pedals you have to pull off the existing rubber, and then drillholes. The gas and dead pedal are straight over.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the compliments! Here are a few more...

POST 10Original post

These cars are just so sexy! Love the pics and now u have me thinking about getting shiny pedals

POST 12Original post

sweet - a little **** ehh pride and care shows thru - as for the pics, direct sunlight normally doesnt work well...these came out sweet! thanks for sharing

POST 13Original post

Very nice! I did not see any swirl marks at all!!! nice

POST 14Original post

Very nice. I've never been a big fan of blue cars but yours looks very sharp. Hopefully you'll get more sunny days in Ottawa.

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quotes source post: 8595983

I highly suggest getting them! For the price, they are amazing!

Hahah, take a long drive here and I'll do it! I take a lot of pride in detailing the car. Shout outs to Eric for the painted Bumperplugs as well! It's nice to have a fresh looking car, even though it's a 2003. It's funny, people think it's brand new but not even close.

POST 18Original post

Beautiful! I have the same pedals in my C4S. I like them. I need to get my rear bumperettes painted. Yours look very good.

POST 19 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I agree. I just couldn't stand the black, although on a darker car I don't think I would have minded as much. If my car was black, I wouldn't have painted them at all! It's fairly cheap compared to other painted items and the install takes literally 2 minutes each. I suggest applying a layer of wax if you do decide to get them. I even left mine out in the sun for a day or two to catch a tan so it could look like a better paint match. **** ya! lol

POST 20Original post

Nice color Might have to look into those boby colored bumperettes. Any interior shots?

POST 21 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm actually away on business right now, but as soon as I get back I'll post some interior pics for sure! I got the blue console, sport shifter, I cheaped out and didn't buy the aluminum handbrake, now looking back at it, I should of!!!! I might still get it and say F it, open it all up again just for that damn handbrake. I have the custom mats with the blue S, and the pedals which you saw in the pics above.... That's really about it for the interior. (Graphite Grey). Upcoming cosmetic mods for the very near future are: Hand brake, 19" deep dish rims, lower the car somehow (I didn't research any lowering options yet at all), maybe a double din unit, and that's really about it. Mechanically, everything is stock. I plan on keeping it in tip top shape! Porsche Pride!

POST 22 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Oh and... Aluminum guage rings.

POST 23Original post

Sounds like a nice list to keep you busy. If you get the lowering springs def. upgrade the shock as well. I didn't and I think I may have toasted the front shocks.

POST 24Original post

Looks fantastic, well done. Keep the pix coming.

POST 25Original post

Let me know when you get ready to do the double DIN unit... I have some suggestions!

POST 26 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Dennis. I read a few threads and noticed you had some good tips on the subject. Double din will update the look of the car by a lot, especially installed nice and flush with it illuminating similar to stock orange like the rest of the interior.

POST 28Original post

Very nice pics, car looks great. I have been thinking pedals and alum guage rings. Where did you get the pedals from.

suncoastparts.com I deal with Aldo from there, and he always gives me perfect customer service! Pedals are in my opinion the second nicest mod for the buck. First are the pumpkin corner lights.

POST 30Original post

I second the comments about Aldo. He is always very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

POST 31Original post

I purchased the same pedals and they are the best. Big bang for the buck.

Hell, they could charge 300$ and I still think I would of bought them... SHhhhh before they do it.
