Like the title says, I'm looking to pick up some bypass pipes used for cheaper. I'll even consider ones made at local indy muffler places if the price is right. I just need them for weekend warrior autox/DE stuff. Edit: bought a used fabspeed set on evilbay. Hope they come in.

Me too! Some on Ebay right now....$60, I think. I want a pair for a couple of weeks for 'grins 'n giggles'. Almost to the person the life span on keeping them on the car is two weeks. Anybody got some around that I can "borrow"? (Oh, it's a widebody...C4S)

thanks to 4SCargo there for pointing out Ebay. Don't know why I didn't think to look there. I just bought the used ones that looked like from what I can tell genuine fabspeeds for $75 plus $18 shipping. The knock offs for $150 might have been okay but why bother when you can have the real thing at $75...looks like they came from a REPO guy haha. Well I would have felt pretty silly for buying new ones at $550.

well I hope these are true fabspeeds. As long as they can hang on for autox they should be fine. I'll be willing to bet that the Atlanta SCCA throws a fit if I run these at turner field though! I'll be sure to post before/after. If I'm really ambitious I will hook up my guitar amp mics that are actually capable of recording those high SPLs.

very nice! I had an exhaust custom made for my 944. Unfortunately it was made in North Carolina, where the muffler shops had not heard of the "metric system" and therefore it did not fit very well and definitely didn't look like that.
