Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

The little mini-console cover on my Cab. Getting close to the end tho....just the C4S/Turbo rear bumper and that's it! Also painted the embossed PORSCHE lettering on the center brake light plug.

POST 2Original post

I like that porsche script on the brake light, what color was it before? BTW you can add the turbo bumper on a narrowbody car?

POST 5Original post

Looks Great!!!! A post to this thread mentioned leather visors. I agree and would like to consider them for mine. Where do you get them?

POST 6Original post

Don Juan - You might want to put the flatter RUF sides skirts on when you do the rear turbo bumper to get a more flowing smotther look - that's what I would have doen If I did not go for the gt3 nose and sides and tail like yours

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Tezta, re the plug for the center brake light. The plug replaces the light itself when you add the tail with the light built in. It's just a plastic piece with the lettering slightly de-bossed in the plastic. Just put black paint carefully on the lettering. Re the turbo rear bumper. Yes, you can add it to the narrowbody. Contact Gert at www.carnewal.com He sells the entire kit. Re leather visors...I don't know where to get them either. Darren, re the side skirts....gimme a break! I'm running out of money. Cindy is spending money like water furnishing the Naples condo. That's the only reasone I got away with the rear bumper.

If I'm not mistaken, there are companies that are advertising in Panorama that will wrap your visors in leather.

POST 10Original post

Hey Don did you have Eric paint your eom upper light console, or did you get it from somewhere? I have a 99 so I don't think I can paint it and I know that the coupe and cab's have different ones. Thanks. I like that rear brake light cover also

POST 11Original post

damn Don! looking good! nothing like adding a lil eye candy to an already beautuful car!

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the compliments. SPR I got the console cover on ebay already painted silver. I'm sending mine to Eric for painting and will probably sell it to see if I can break even on the whole deal. I know the upper console on the coupe is different, but if the cover can br removed it can probably be painted. I know mine from the Cab is metal because it serves as the place where the convertible top hook locks. I don't know what the coupe upper console cover is made of. If it's hard non-flexible plastic you might want to talk with Eric about it.
