Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Use quit often' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check tires' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suggestion
If the car hasn't been getting regular use maybe invest in a good clean road road trip to exercise the car a bit and burn off the water that builds up in any cars oil from short trips all the time.

Neither "Porsche" or "upgrade" should be used with the words "on a budget."

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi guys,
I know there are many topics about this in the past but i cant seem to find any solid replies on this.
So, what upgrades should be done on a
budget
for a tiptronic car ... haha
Cheers
Check your tires for being good. If you want some cheaper tires for dry and wet that beat most of even the expensice in dry and wet get the continental DW. Not sure of the model but it will be the wide ones for sure. I don't think Continental tried getting the porsche rating for the tire. It's cheap because they are a mas producer and it isn't any big deal to make a tire and figure they need to charge thousands for just another tire. They make from air to ground tires and probably even cave digger tire along with government contracts up the ying yang so they don't need to act big name prices and already have research up the ying yang. This tire and compound they got right in the european market first.

Seriously, there are a lot of places you can spend your money, just depends on if you want performance, looks or sound.

...and most often "performance" should start with the driver. Learn how to drive your car first. Sign up for autox and/or track days and get some instruction. You'll be amazed at what you can do with a bone stock car when you learn how to drive it properly.
If the car hasn't been getting regular use maybe invest in a good clean road road trip to exercise the car a bit and burn off the water that builds up in any cars oil from short trips all the time. When the water cooks out of the oil the oil level will drop to reflect how much moisture was built up in the oil. It also helps to cook off impuritys.
Agree that suspension upgrade is the greatest bang for buck: PSS9/10 or X74, GT3 sways, links and arms + RS engine mounts.
LNE IMS upgrade also top of list, but have to drop transmission -- once done (for clutch or otherwise), labor cost for LNE upgrade is minimal and RMS can be renewed with newer model seal for another 1/2 hour labor -- worth doing while you are in there even if not leaking.
