Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Matt, it was a pleasure to deal with you. Nice to have such great transactions with other Rennlisters.
Don't take the pressure for joining personally.
Geez fellas, he's only been on the site a month and you're asking him to pay up. Let him see if he actually wants to be around for the long haul......I have a sneaking suspicion he will
It's nice to see a positive post about a transaction. To bad we couldn't have a "rep" button or something to give people something to evaluate listers and their well, "rep".
I always thought Dell was great too. A few years ago I bought a lip for my Aero bumper from him. Great price and got it right way. I loved it. Then last spring I installed a set of PSS10's and now the thing scrapes when I go into driveways and parking lots. I am now convinced he sold me the wrong size. At least every time it scraps and my wife asks why I tell her it is Dell's fault.
Damn, now I am on Doug's wife **** list!
In all seriousness, anytime I sell or send gratis an item I do so in the manner that I would hope other members would do for me. That's all.
