Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Factor 60 Total Block Sunscreen all over my beautiful leather. Any ideas/advice before I kill my wife?

POST 2Original post

Lexol Leather cleaner and then Lexol leather conditioner. First take a bowl of lukewarm water and put a drop or two of dish soap in it. Use a soft cotton cloth. Soak the cloth in the water, wring, then wipe down all the leather completely, a few times at least. When dry, go back with the Lexol cleaner. Follow the label instructions. When dry again, use the Lexol Conditioner. It will be fine. Don't know about your wife though. <img src="graemlins/nono.gif" border="0" alt="[nono]" />

POST 3Original post

If your leather is discolored from where the smudge is, then Lexol won't help you. Wiping it off also probably won't help. At that point, get more sunscreen and just rub it all over the leather surfaces and that way your seats will have an even color. That is of course if the smudge color is acceptable to you. Think about it; leather is cow skin, so sunscreen on it should make it last longer. LOL

POST 5Original post

I would take advantage of this situation now that your wife feels badly...and order the GT2 you wanted! Seriously, it's a bummer!

POST 7Original post

I'm with Don. Take full advantage of the wife's guilt. They do that often enough to us . GT3 seats look nice!!!!!
