Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

After installing new motor mounts I notice a slight shimmy/shake when idling and I feel a vibration thru the clutch pedal while shifting at rpm. I'm trying to figure out if maybe the flywheel is somehow out of whack or what? the engine is running smoothly
Did you use OE motor mounts? Did you make sure the square part of the motor mount lined up with the square holes in the engine carrier? If not it can transmit a lot of vibration into the car.
Maybe my transmission mount is bad? my motor mounts were shot.....drooped about an inch. by stiffening up the back, maybe the front now wiggles. I can't figure out how it would get into the clutch peddle
@dougn
Hello, if you didn't feel anything before changing them, and were doing this preventatively, you shouldn't feel anything now. Something didn't go right during the installation. I would take them out one at a time and reinstall and torque to spec. As others have pointed out, make sure you get the bolt lined up correctly or this could cause issue. If using the new OE units you shouldn't feel any vibration. Enjoy!
+1.
OP: A sagging engine thats now 1-2 higher could shift things around. BTW, I feel the throw out bearing in my clutch pedal. It makes a funny mouse cage noise sometimes. I suspect I, too, need a new trans mount. I replaced my motor mounts with OEM stock about 2-3 years ago. No issues like you have, but I agree with checking the trans and motor mounts again. Also check for headroom above the engine (is anything making contact that wasnt before)? And check the air pump, since you probably had to move it, to see if its intact.
One last thing: did you drive the nut all the way into the mount, fully? Its a long way to go from the stud. If one side is right and the other is loose, the engine will sit on a tilt.
upon further investigation, I feel the vibration thru the clutch peddle only during peddle movement and only at rpm above idle (transmission out of gear). so, I can depress the clutch at idle and feel nothing. I do the same thing at some steady rpm say 2500 and I feel the "tickle" during the movement. If I hold the peddle in a steady position I don't feel anything
I tracked down this thread and will remove and have a look at my slave cylinder. This seems like it fits the symptoms
