My set works with a 15mm rear and 8 front no problem no rub up to 140 in roughish roads

They will fit but the width will determine how much more they stick out from the fenders. If they are 11" then it will be about an inch.
If the car is lowered I could see the possibility of rubbing.
Do you drive on the local streets? 19 inch wheels with a 30 sidewall tires are not recommended for normal street driving. Just too harsh. Every manhole cover will feel like you hit a bomb, much less if there are a lot of potholes, or God forbid highway strips.
