Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Install within the last 5 months' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check bentley' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

My CEL returns after its cleared code threw up as downstream 02 sensor so I replaced all 4 but its still there

Ill have to check your codes when i get home to see what my info says about them and if u want i can get u the pinouts to go through the wiring continuity checks and verification of voltages
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

car rides strong as before a small variation on idle of 50 rpm but nothing else
my tech is scratching his head
so gruppe Im looking for any answers please
Now u may have to get into the wiring. On my swap i found a dead ground in the harness but that didnt fix my issues. I had connectors that were not making contact at the dme probably because some shop monkey spread the connector while diagnosing the bad ground. Good luck and hopefully its not as evasive as mine was.
Or u just have a bad cat?

So I don't get it....do you have Fabspeed cats or Soul Performance Minicats installed? Did you call Fabspeed or Soul?
So it looks like u have 2 seperate issues. The 15&19 code r for the o2 heater both banks before the cat.
The other 2 codes r a out of range condition on both banks post cat.
U need to see if u have the correct voltage for the preheat in the precat o2s. it gets 12v from a bridge point on the rear deck next to the dme. I am pretty sure the is a fuse there or a relay that lights up the bridge point. i would need to check my Bentley book.
on the post cat issue it may be a bad maf sensor or a wiring issue. Honestly the mafs cause some very bizar issues in our cars and could be the source of all the issues. U should be able to read and log maf data to confirm if its working
The harness should be unpluged from the dme and o2 sensors and each wire should have continuety at about 3 ohms. If no continuity then the wire is broken and a new wire has to be spliced in.
If u plug the harness back into the dme and turn the key to on u will get 12v on a wire, 2 wires should go to ground and the signal wire for the o2 should default at .46 volts. Again need to check my bentley for the pin outs. All of this should have been standard diagnostics before u swapped exhaut and o2 sensors since the issue was there all this time. At this point u r probably down a couple grand from lazyness or ignorance.
You may have the O2 sensors swapped pre/post.
Try swapping the connectors and see if that keeps the codes from returning.
If not, then check wiring.
Also, do you have a scope that can show current data?
What do the data graphs pre & post look like?
If I remember correctly, the O2 sensor plugs are color coded (gray and black I think) and the wires are sort of cut to length - the chances of swapping them are pretty slim, but I suppose worth a shot
Most likely you are losing power to the 02-sensor heaters There is a 30 amp fuse that powers a relay for the sensor heater circuit. With the engine running check for power at the 02 connector pin #1 Black wire at each of the sensors. If no power report back
