You really don't need anything else for fast road use IMO.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi guys,
I'm looking to set my car up for fast road use - PSS10, sway bars, etc.
What bushings should I pay attention to for a refresh? What parts should I look into after the car is lowered? Do I need GT3 lower control arms? Rear toe-links? What can I change out that will make the car a bit more responsive but not have too much NVH in the cabin? Currently the car has some bad behavior under throttle and off throttle, the trajectory changes quite a bit while turning, not sure if this is from worn rear bushes on the rear suspension or not..
Thanks,
Grant
More details on the car would be a good start. After that, it's very subjective.
I have the GT3 Bilsteins on my car, with aftermarket sways, and solid mounts on the shocks/struts. It has more NVH than the average person would want.
The behavior you're describing suggests that there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Have you done engine mounts? Our your factory strut mounts in good condition? The list can keep going.
The parts you throw at the car depend on what you want from the car and how much you can spend. If you're just looking for a fast street car, I'd consider the factory sport setup, as a number of people are very pleased with this.
I would make sure your tie rods, control arm bushings, ball joints, engine mounts, strut mounts are all in good condition to start with.
Next step is to determine what kind of ride characteristics you're after. Typically one gets either spring/shock combo or coilovers to start with and then upgrade the sway bars if necessary.
You really don't need anything else for fast road use IMO. If you're planning on dumping your car past 2", then you may need rear adjustable toe-links to bring the alignment back to spec and save your rear tires from wearing down really fast. Other than that, you should be good for fast road use.
"Responsive" and "NVH" also comes from tires so you should consider your tires carefully and/or make sure the tires that came on your car is up to par.
