Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I believe it's the 15amp fuse on D9, but you can double-check for your year here:

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Power to Amplifier The unit in the Frunk has a 12V constant feed while the other wire provides 12V when the key switch is turned on. In my car the 12V line is dead and I do not know where it obtains power. There is only one fuse for the radio (7,5A) How is the amp connected?

POST 2Original post

There is a different fuse for the amplifier... I believe it's the 15amp fuse on D9, but you can double-check for your year here: https://www.stuttcars.com/porsche-91...mperages-list/

What year? rennkit.com has wiring diagrams https://rennkit.com/wp-content/uploa...996-Wiring.pdf

POST 4Original post

If you need a constant 12v wire, the battery is right there.
