This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've seen 01's discounted between 8-10%, just kind find one the way I want it. My local dealer offers no discounts on MY02. Anyone received discounts on MY02 yet?

POST 2Original post

In majrity of cases new models do not get discounted unless they are on the showroom floor and if you special order I haven't heard of one discounted for 8-10 percent unless its an older model. I purchased my 99 996 new and I got a whopping 3 grand off a $77,000 car because it was in the premises. Maybe if you do a little searching it may happen. take care

POST 3Original post

last time I looked, dealer mark up was 16 %. A car ordered for you should be at the largest discount...no inventory coast to dealer.

POST 4Original post

I received a quote for a 6.3% discount on a 2001 996 in stock at Suncoast. I thought that was a very good deal and might pursue it but the car was sold quickly (by the time I responded). I think 8% would be a little too good to be true.

POST 5Original post

I received 4% discount on my 2002 but didn't trade in another car.i guess discount can vary per country and per dealer.

POST 6Original post

I was able to get a $3,300 discount on a MY'02 cabriolet on the October build for delivery in Nov. My dealer has the largest allocation in the area and probably hadn't sold all his cars when I placed the order.

POST 7Original post

Which NY dealer is that Speed? Way better than I could find when shopping for my 911 in the NY metro area. The best I could find on the '01 (before announcement of the changes for '02) was $1,000 off list on a C4.
