I had the car towed and replaced CPS again (under warranty and my indy didn't charge me labor, so completely free minus tow) Indy replaces new CPS starts car then pulls an o2 sensor failure so I replaced that as well.

I had coils and plugs changed at 27k too when I bought the car.

I had the CPS changed last year so it was definitely odd that it was pulling these codes.

I got it started again and had it running enough to drive it back to shop, had to give it fuel at idle to keep it from stalling though.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Was coming home from a drive maybe 30 minutes long in my 05 996 with 49k miles. Car started to lose RPM's at idle to the point where I needed to give it fuel so it wouldn't stall so I could make it home. Car died as I was pulling into my driveway. Wouldn't start and didnt pull any codes. let it sit for a while cranked it again and it started right up so didn't think too much of it. drove it for about a week and then the same issue happened again. Started to lose RPM's at idle and bounce around between 600-1000, stalled and wouldn't start. It pulled a P0335 (CPS bank 1) and P1325 code. this time I couldn't get car started again after letting it sit for hours. I had the CPS changed last year so it was definitely odd that it was pulling these codes. I had the car towed and replaced CPS again (under warranty and my indy didn't charge me labor, so completely free minus tow) Indy replaces new CPS starts car then pulls an o2 sensor failure so I replaced that as well. once done starts up no problem and idles fine. I go to pick up car 2 hours later and drive off. I notice after 5 minutes of driving that I'm starting to sputter RPM's at idle, not nearly as bad when it happened the first time. I pulled into a gas station shut the car off to fill it up. Tried to start again and wouldn't fire. Would crank for a few seconds and then everything would stop. tried it again and it wouldn't crank and crank but no start. I pulled the codes and got P0335, couldn't be possible as I just replaced it that day and everything was fine. I got it started again and had it running enough to drive it back to shop, had to give it fuel at idle to keep it from stalling though.
The prior year I replaced: Fuel pump, Crank sensors, Camshaft sensors both sides, Gas tank vent valve and sending unit, which all seemed to fix a hot start issue I was having (Specifically the camshaft sensors), but for some reason I think this new set of issues is possibly related to last years hot start issue as the car is cranking very similarly.
Other than that car is up to date on all maintenance. I had coils and plugs changed at 27k too when I bought the car.
at a loss here Any suggestions???
@Dr_Strangelove
No it hasn't, what would indicate?
@DBJoe996
I'm not sure, car is at indy rn. Will have him check. Would that necessarily throw the CPS codes?
