Thats what I was told when our's was replaced the last time and I was surprised that it didn't come pre-cut for either the bumperettes or the aerokit fins.

My 2000 C2 is FINALLY going into the shop to get repaired from a car accident earlier this year in which I was rear-ended. I am switching to the euro rear bumper sans bumperettes. Does anyone have all of the part numbers needed for that conversion so that I can give them to the shop? I understand that it's more than just the bumper cover itself. Also, any recommendations on where to order? I'm not sure if I'm going to order or if the shop is. Thanks!

Isn't it just the same bumper and the shop simply doesn't cut the holes for the bumperettes? Thats what I was told when our's was replaced the last time and I was surprised that it didn't come pre-cut for either the bumperettes or the aerokit fins.

Id call porsche dealer and ask them, they should know. but it doesnt sound right that a bumper wouldnt come with the necessary opening for bumperettes , those would be hard to figure and what body shop would want to ruin a whole new bumper

FWIW. The ROW catalog shows the same picture and parts number as the US catalog but with a different parts and options listing. It shows mounting holes for "Buffers" and also "Plugs" for those holes (Buffers being shown as an option only for Saudi Arabia...).
