Add some velcro strips, and then I can attach, remove, & adjust foam sewn up & velcroed in the same fabric.

I can't drive comfortably with my head resting against the headrest. It needs to be a few inches forward.

I'd rather not re-invent the wheel so i was hoping something was commercially available.
If i can't find something aftermarket then i have to get a seamstress to whip something up for me.
My plan is to get some old cloth and staple it together around the shape of the seat. Then have it sewn up in a decent black fabric. Have it clip to the seat with elastic hooked over the tilt levers.

I thought you meant the frame on my licence plate.
