Also retrofitted a double din stereo so I have current technology and added coco mats for a bit of a change from carpet or rubber.

My reason for asking is that I have been thinking of using OEM black carpet on both the floor and door skins as my car has a total leather Boxster red interior as well as OEM lighter red carpets and red steering wheel.

Made some changes so thought I would post results. Car stock interior was graphite grey with deviated carpets. Seemed there was just too much grey so I swapped out for a black steering wheel, shifter, console and e-brake handle. Also retrofitted a double din stereo so I have current technology and added coco mats for a bit of a change from carpet or rubber. my version
