Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Last weekend I changed the spark plugs, tubes, coil packs and fuel filter.
Leading evidence: 'Replace spark plugs, tubes, coil packs and fuel filter' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace spark plugs, tubes, coil packs and fuel filter' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have a '99 C2 with 94K miles.
Last weekend I changed the spark plugs, tubes, coil packs and fuel filter. This is the first time I have put all four corners of my C2 on jack stands. I followed the instructions where I lifted the driver side from just in front of the rear tire to get the first jack stand placed under the front. I then followed the same procedure on the passenger side. I then placed the floor jack under the center rear cross member (not the engine) to lift the entire back end of the car to get the rear jack stands in place.
The problem now is that my drivers side window is not properly aligned and gets hung up on the rear window when I open the door. The window still drops properly the 1/4 inch or so when pulling the door handle but the rear edge of the window will now touch the front edge of the rear window.
Is it possible when lifting the car that it slighty bent the frame or do you think this is just a window regulator problem? After placing the first floor jack in the front and then lowering the car is at a severe angle.
Seems strange that this is happening immediatly after performing this other maintenance. The door gap looks even all the way around but may be slightly larger than on the passenger side. With the door open and the window up, I can't shift the window in either direction so everything there seems good.
Thanks for any advice!

Boy a lot of jacking mishaps lately. Glad none of them involve the hands. Other than that, I would advise you not to work on your car any more.
At any time, did you let the drop jack fast back to the ground? I would verify the window is fully seated on the track still.
I can't imagine how you'd torque the car enough by jacking it to cause the windows to become misaligned. The window regulator is shot, and you didn't cause it to happen by jacking the car wrong.
These cars are stiff - mine regularly ***** a wheel off the ground when I'm cornering on something really uneven and when I pull into some driveways. Unless you jacked the car up using the open passenger door as the jack point, you're blameless...but you're still out a regulator.
I had to reread this about six times to determine that Alpine is drinking and posting again. This reads like the owner's manual for a Harbor Freight floor jack.
"let the drop jack fast back to the ground"
I don't recomend lifting all 4 corners unless you really must. In this case, lifting one corner would have been a lot safer. I've seen cars come dowm when only the front were on stands. Single corner at a time is the safest.
