Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi All Im Replacing the three drive belt pulleys and I need the torque values for them. The top deflection roller I believe is 34ft/pds, but the other two I havent found yet. Thanks in advance!! The rollers/pulleys are numbers: 3,7 and 8.

POST 2Original post

I just replaced all of mine 2 weeks ago. 3 is 46nm or 34 f- lb 8 is 23nm or 17 ft-lb 7 is 60nm or 44 ft-lb You will want to use blue thread lock on all three. I was unable to remove the bolt holding 7 in place so I reused it. The trick to get 7 unscrewed it to put a 14mm (I think that is right) offset box wrench on it and wedge it against the case or part of the AC compressor.

7 is also 34ft/lb. M10 bolt 8 is 17ft/lb. M8 bolt

I think you are referring to 3 and 8, not 7 and 8. 3 is an M10 x145

15mm. And the engineer who designed that abomination needs to be shot!

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the info! Theyre all changed out. It wasnt too bad, but I agree that the tension roller is difficult (I wish I had three hands!!).

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
