4 weeks later and I just repaired the tuptronic shifter issue and then I�m at a store and go to close top and it gets stuck on passenger side �..I remembered that flashlight now!

Like the title says��..I was cleaning up the interior the other week and set a flashlight on the �fabric hump part� and then forgot about it.

Like the title says��..I was cleaning up the interior the other week and set a flashlight on the �fabric hump part� and then forgot about it. I closed the top later that day and thought nothing of it. 4 weeks later and I just repaired the tuptronic shifter issue and then I�m at a store and go to close top and it gets stuck on passenger side �..I remembered that flashlight now! my ask��I have searched high and low and collected a ton of info. I�ve fished around and can�t find the light and suspect is it in the passenger rear area at back where things get compressed. Drivers side and center latch open. Passenger side tries and gets stuck at about 1 inch. I have the hydraulics in the past and know how to get to things in and out of this car. I am stumped and suspect I need to get the clamshell off to find the jammed item? any thoughts, experience? Anyone removed the clamshell while top closed with any notes or tips? all the posts I have found deal with going through rear seats, removing rollbars then getting to motors and such. My motors cables etc are fine and I just have a dang light stuck in there. top stays down and closes up perfectly. So I can drove in great weather which we are experiencing right now but I need to get this fixed. any assistance appreciated. Thx

Not clear on what's happening. Is the clamshell raising on one side, or is the clamshell fully raised and the top is raising on one side? maybe a picture would help.

Agree with this. Is the clamshell opening one side only? If so, you have a different problem.
