Hey guys I purchased last year some aftermarket fiberglass GT3 style side skirts for my 996 C4 . I am going to fit them to the car as a winter project . I know that under body clips are used that slip over the pinch weld . Then screws go through the side skirt and into the brackets . Internet search has come up with part # 999 507 640 09 . The description is u clamp . But every website says for 997 . No mention of 996 . So is there a 996 specific clip ? Or are these universal and can be used on 996/997 ? Thanks in advance 😊

So it looks like they will work with a 996 . I wonder what the qty per side is ? I am guessing 4 per side is sufficient .
