The title says it...I just replaced the Light Blue socket that the Litronic housing plugs into, but in the process I broke the clip on the plug/socket shown above.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Pic5_zpsz40eexnp.jpg The title says it...I just replaced the Light Blue socket that the Litronic housing plugs into, but in the process I broke the clip on the plug/socket shown above. I've got it plugged in, and it does work, but I'd still like to replace it Thanks in advance for any help.

POST 2Original post

Look very closely at your connector and you should see a part number usually by TE or Tyco. The housing may be available for sale.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hahahahahahahaha ... Yeah right my eyes aren't quite that good anymore. Actually TE or TYCO is very helpful. I've looked at a ton by Bosch without any luck (as well as a bunch of other manufacturers). If worse comes to worse, I'll open the light housing back up and get the part # - I just thought someone else may have done it already... Thanks

POST 4Original post

You might try these guys . They have a lot of odd connectors and a great reputation.

Unfortunately even knowing it for sure it's Tyco/TE/Amp/Bosch etc doesn't really help much, there are hundreds of different 4-pin plugs. I'll never understand why we need that many variations

POST 6Original post

My eyes are getting old too. Take a high res picture of it and then zoom in on the Part Number.

Just the name wins me over.........

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

No luck with eastern beaver, but great name at least. I actually opened my light up again last night to replace my parking bulbs. I got the numbers off the plug... Still no luck!

What's the number on the connector?

POST 10Original post

If it isn't something you're gonna see every day, why not just wrap it with some black electrical tape and tuck it out of sight?
