Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I belong to this Porsche group (Hilda Ricardo - Porsche Parts and Accessories) which promotes new parts for Porsches by a woman named Hilda Recardo. It's not a public group so no public posts. And Hilda is a guy with a different name etc. If you want an item - you have to send her a DM which I assume is used to arrange payment. He/She is selling OEM car covers (among many other parts) for $80 plus $20 shipping which is a great price. I started to order a cover but it got weird. I was told to make it a PayPal "Friend and Family" purchase which then removes any protection by PP. When I didn't do the PP transaction within 10 minutes, the person "unsent" the FB message with the PP info so I couldn't complete the buyer transaction. Too many questions and too good to be true price for an OEM car cover. Walking away. Anyone else have experience with this FB vendor?

POST 2Original post

Facebook is Scam City !!..I have seen many pages that were fronts for Porsche Parts/Wheels ect that are complete Scams...The Adminss are Scammers.......and 90% of all the advertisements are Scams also...

POST 3Original post

If someone tells you to PayPal friends and family its a guaranteed scam. The additional fee will be tacked for the buyer - the seller will still receive their asking price. edit: Ideally itd be best to notify all members of the Facebook group that theyre being scammed, but it may backfire on you if the scammers want retribution because your real name is tied to Facebook.
