Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'm not planning on soaking it haha, I'll test the unidirectional nozzle on my gun into a barrel to get a sense of volume.

Suggestion
If using those I would use a 90 deg hooked nozzle to avoid spraying the window itself and everything else inside the door.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I've been offered use of a rust proofing bay by my neighborhood garage, with a ramp drive on lift. The warmest day we've got coming up is Friday. I'm using a gallon drum of woolwax, I have a compressor and regulator gauge, gun and hose tips and some airesol cans for the fiddly bits.
my question for the northerners among you is where to spray? I'm not really sold on drilling holes in the doors and then plugging, and I'm not really geared up for that anyway. But other than that, does anyone have a list of locations to spray and to avoid? I know to avoid the exhaust system, tho I will do all the bolts and nuts holding the boxes on and anything that I can safely apply to. Should I take the wheelwell liners off? I'm not going to be driving it to often, but I'll definitely be on the highway at Christmas time, so there possibly will be spray at speed. My car has never seen snow, so I really want to do my best on this job. I'll bring all my equipment indoors and warm it up {it's 30s here already) but it looks like Friday will be in low 50s, so that's the day.
if I do end up in salty wet conditions I'll be wahing the underneath at the car wash asap, and washing with salt rid.
Do I need to take bumpers off? Are there any locations under the frunk or engine compartment that can or should be treated? Thanks in advance.
Honestly the factory undercoating is pretty good on these cars. The only problems I've had underneath with rust have been exhaust, and some of the studs that the plastic nuts go onto for the underbody panels. Also, a gallon is way more than you need. I use 3 aerosol cans for my Jeep.
Yes, take off undertrays. You'd want to spray the inside of chassis legs and profiles and on the back side where two layers of sheet steel are spot welded together and no underbody sealant could be applied.
Remove plugs and spray inside the sills etc.
@hardtailer
my '01 Coupe has 2 plugs in the bottom of the doors, right next to each other in the middle of the door. . Do you know if I should spray in both? Or do they both open into the same area? Is there anything inside the door bottoms that could be damaged? I'm not planning on soaking it haha, I'll test the unidirectional nozzle on my gun into a barrel to get a sense of volume.
The spot I'm most worried about is the front of the rear wheel well where there's the plastic stone guard thing. Has to be a weak spot, so I'll hit that inside and out and Rinse the area often.
TIA

Take oft the front and rear bumper covers, the alloy cross bars as well as the black metal brackets to spray the chassis legs front and rear.
