I replaced the passenger window regulator and after I put it all back together, the airbag light was on, so I used my enthusiast durametric to clear the light, but after the program said the fault code would be cleared, I went back to the fault codes and the code was back.

I replaced the passenger window regulator and after I put it all back together, the airbag light was on, so I used my enthusiast durametric to clear the light, but after the program said the fault code would be cleared, I went back to the fault codes and the code was back. the code was 31, Ignition circuit-side airbag passenger. I tried several times, but it kept bringing back the same fault code. Does anyone know why it would not clear? Thanks, Scott

Its not reading the seatbelt receptical. Look under the seat and make sure its pluged in.

You could also try spraying some electrical contact cleaner into the seatbelt receptacles. That worked for me.

That looks like it’s the side (door) airbag… If it’s the seatbelt it will say “seatbelt”… Are you sure you plugged it back in when you put the door card back on?🧐

I was careful to plug it back in. Regarding the seatbelts receptacles, are you guys reading that this is an airbag fault, or does that seat belt receptacle have something to do with the airbag fault?

Sorry i misread the orgjnal post. I would pull the door card. Im betting the connector is not seated correctly or there is an issue with the harness
