Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

For the life of me I cant get my pc to see my durametric lead. I've downloded, deleted and re downloaded the software and drivers but to no avail. I can see the lead in my devices but it has a warning triangle next to it (sorry but I am no computer expert). Windows trouble shooting doesnt fix it either. even 2 hrs online last night with the geek squad and they couldnt figure it out. Anyone have similar experience, issues?

POST 2Original post

Was it new or used? If it is a used enthusiast cable maybe it is out of serial # slots. I think 3 is the limit with possible additional 2 slots for extra $$.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

New, only used with 1 car, worked on 1 computer I had. Just loaded it on another and I just cant get it to work. Dont have the original laptop I used it on. I think it is more of an issue with the laptop, I was hoping someone may have had a similar issue

POST 4Original post

I've had trouble with my PC recognizing the durametric cable. It has some old USB2.0 ports and some of the newer USB3.0 ports. On my PC (Hewlett Packard laptop), the Durametric only works on the USB2.0 ports.
