Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

19 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261027T035758Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

Wow, what a great deal. It shouldn't last long at this price. Nice mods! GLWS

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Great car, love my 996 - it served me very well the past 3 yrs as my only car! Sad to see it go. I've moved into a 2006 Cayman S, which is also a blast. Different animal from the 911. Not as much brute power, as the engine needs to be wound up a bit more to get moving, but it's a very balanced chassis with the mid-engine.

Raid Silberpfeil smooth leather steering wheel (340mm) B&M Short Shifter Function-First Performance: Console Riser Kit (storage bin configuration ^^ really nice combo here - purposeful and quality interior mods GLWS

POST 5Original post

Nice looking 996. Thinking about offering mine as well. Looking for $27K. C2 with lots of nice options. 44K miles.

Class move, dumping your car into LAZ's FS thread.

POST 7Original post

Well, one is in Canada, the other in South Carolina and they’re almost $10k and 50k miles apart. Probably not hurting prospective buyers, I’d imagine.

Thanks. Just a bit of camaraderie amongst sellers, or so I thought, given we are not competing for the same buyers.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

No worries...this thread was just an FYI pointing any 996 seekers to the Vehicle Marketplace listing. Good luck with your sale as well!

POST 10Original post

Both cars in very nice shape with nice mods, priced appropriately. Both should sell - if not, would only be due to the time of year. Spring fever buyers would snap either of these up immediately. GLWS to both of you!

I have NO connection to Vancouver. That listing looks like a scam, or at the very least someone trying to re-sell my car. (ie. if you bought from him for his price, he would have immediately bought my car from me, imported it into Canada, swapped the odometer, and sold it for his higher price.)

I figured it was a scam. I was suspicious even before I saw your ad...not to many race technicians live in a place with one tiny track and basically no professional motorsports! GLWS...your car looks great EDIT: I reported the ad to craigslist
