If I keep this one long enough, I would definetly like to change the wheels and do PSS10s.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

26 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 5Original post

My oh my sir is that an amplifier in your trunk or are you just happy to be a Porshe owner?

POST 7Original post

So the slick50 fixed the engine tick? But what did he do about the coolent leak from above the trans? Wonder if the stopleak took care of it? Im joking! Enjoy the car. He was always a good guy here on the board.

POST 8Original post

I like the pedals, know where they are from? They look different then the ones from Rennline or any others that I've seen. http://www.rennline.com/Rennline-Alu...nfo/P45.21.19/ Maybe the Suncoast set? http://www.suncoastparts.com/product...Code=POTE996IN

POST 10Original post

^^^^those are Porsche pedals. Same as the ones at Suncoast.

POST 11Original post

I thought I recognized that car. Congrats and welcome!

POST 12Original post

Congrats, I too am a former Audi owner (B6 S4) that converted. You will absolutely love it, these cars are phenomenal! Congrats again, and enjoy!

POST 16Original post

Welcome and congrats on your new Porsche .I was a Audi TT owner before my current 996, and do prefer the Porsche overall. Thanks for the detailed pics.

POST 18Original post

Looks really good congrats, and I like your red stable.

POST 19Original post

Congrats, re-welcome (yes, a bit late to this party- but fashionablty so, eh?) enjoy the new miles and smiles and perhaps I will see you at LCMT later this month? It would be nice to meet other RL'ers.

POST 20Original post

Very nice! Thoughts, comparisons between the '01 and '02..?

POST 21Original post

Nice 996! You won't have to worry about spark plug tubes and o-rings on a 02 or newer 996. The newer design is a big improvement. And if you did have to replace an o-ring (doubtful) you would have to take the valve cover off. Enjoy!

POST 22Original post

I like the wheels - same as my '04 cab - didn't realize it at the time of purchase, but I really like the design

POST 23Original post

How does one get such an offer (that you can't refuse) without advertising??? I might like such an offer.

The 2002 is much faster than my 1999 C4 but that's understandable because its RWD and has the extra 200cc of displacement. My C4 had x74 suspension which made the ride alot better than the oem stuff that's on my C2 right now. If I keep this one long enough, I would definetly like to change the wheels and do PSS10s. Good to know, plugs alone will be much easier to replace!
