Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

There are spring spacers that can be installed between the spring and strut that are threaded adn give you about 1 inch of adjustment.
Leading evidence: 'Install between the spring and strut' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Install between the spring and strut' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suggestion
You could change both front and rear tires to higher sidewalls but finding them may be impossible with what the C4S tire sizes.

Suggestion
But, you're using lowering springs and now you want to raise car.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

As previously posted, I lowered my C4S with h&r lowering springs (changed to bilstein b8s).
The back looks a tad low for my liking. I think it is because the tire side walls are less in the back. Not sure why Porsche did that but I am sure they have their reasons.
My question, how can I raise back up an inch. Can I fit a larger side wall in the rear, add a washer someplace?
If I understand your question correctly, you want to increase the rear tire height to gain lift? That would change the tire ratio front to back. This will not work on a 4S, tires must be very close in height/RPM to keep the diff happy. You could change both front and rear tires to higher sidewalls but finding them may be impossible with what the C4S tire sizes. I thought I heard once of a spacer that goes between the shock mount and the car, but can't remember who has that. Sorry I can't be of more help.
First what size tires are you running ?
B8 dampers / shocks may have adjustability (some models) as you have grooves and perch sits on there - make sure you're not on the last one (might help you gain few mm) adjustability
Additionally another cheap option is spring mounts that could help you raise the car a little. ( see thread)

Final option is adding a small spacers/washer between upper strut mount and body

Those are the stock C4S sizes. While you could change rear tires, as was said above, technically the front tires need to have a slightly larger circumference (but close) than the back. The slower rotation rate keeps the differentials happy. (In some complicated way that I researched once and can't remember now.)
But, you're using lowering springs and now you want to raise car. Instead of spacing lowering springs, why not just go back to stock springs in the back? I bet looking used, that would be a pretty inexpensive option.
Actually, now that I think about it, come about mid-December, after my coilover install, the stock springs off my 2004 C4S will be available.
Ha! If only it were so simple. I think the best way to go is to have a simple 1/4 - 1/2 shim/spacer made (you may be able to buy off the shelf, but I wouldnt count on it) to go at the bottom of the spring (on top of the spring perch - if I remember correctly its a simple flat surface [sorry its been a couple years since I got rid of my B8s/H&Rs]). This way youll be sure your spring rates match (the H&Rs are much stiffer than the stock springs).
