I have been struggling with this rim color change since I put the script on.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I am getting super close to whether I should paint my rims to match the script or Not. I have been struggling with this rim color change since I put the script on. I do love the silver but thinking the gold might just make it a little more interesting or different than the other cars I see locally at gatherings.
Any hoot, if anyone could share their expertise, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
David
I think the car would look better without the side decal and also with other than gold colored wheels, but Im guessing youd disagree with me. Then again, Im generally against adding any graphics or stickers to street cars, so Im biased.
I think it looks good. Maybe go with the newer Porsche rim color Aurum. Here's an interesting thread on powder coating rims that color:

I spoke to the rim guy and he didnt have the color. He said to bring what I want to the paint shop and find the match.
I guess he will will fill all the gouges with aluminum and grind down. He will also straighten the rims. Said it will be as durable S the car paint.
I am suppose to be getting the car lowered so I suppose I should wait to do that first and then have them painted.
I sold all my painting equipment to support my drinking problem and now I do all my work with rattle cans. I gave it a go with your Porsch. I hope you like it.
