Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I've got the black dash & door cards from the wreck waiting to be installed but I'm too busy at work to swap it over for a few months.

Yes, last winter I'd removed the interior and installed soundproofing.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Hello,
Im looking for leads on a 996 coupe with Nephrite green or Boxster red interiors. If you own one, know of one, or may be interested in selling one, please let me know...Thanks
I have a C2 with a Boxster Red interior. Turns out I'm not a red interior guy and I was meeting with an upholsterer recently to talk about options to do a custom chocolate/tobacco colored interior.
Mine is factory Boxster Red over black. My seats are worn and will soon be recovered. I wouldn't trade this interior for any other (except Nephrite Green). If I had Rich's Ocean Jade Metallic car above along with mine, I feel I'd have hit the 996 lottery.
I would be willing to trade a 4-spoke black steering wheel with airbag AND a 3-spoke black steering wheel with airbag, both Tiptronic, for a Boxster Red 3-spoke steering wheel with airbag, Tiptronic.
Anytime.
Just sayin'.
Here are a few photos of my 7/98-build C2 coupe in Arctic Silver over Boxster Red supple leather. This one has 408s, carbon-fiber door sills, Hi-Fi audio, and heated power-adjustable seats with lumbar support.
Took delivery at the end of June 2022. Currently just over 33k miles on the odometer.

- Do you plan to reuse/reupholster your existing door cards and seats, or do you plan to replace them? If you end up parting your interior, please let me know. I have a Seal gray 986.2 Boxster and would be interested...
Yes, last winter I'd removed the interior and installed soundproofing. Switched the red carpet & pillar trim for black out of a wreck. I've got the carpet, Boxster Red leather seats (driver's is rough on bolster), console trim, A,B & C red leather pillar trim in my basement. Still have the red leather dash, door cards and rear quarter trim in the car.
I've got the black dash & door cards from the wreck waiting to be installed but I'm too busy at work to swap it over for a few months. Maybe when I take the car off the road for the winter. Located in Cincinnati.
