Well that's a relief the 996 went in for its first service whilst in our ownership. The seller had agreed to fix a window issue and we thought lets get a service whilst its in as it has had a bit of a hit and miss service history in its later life and we didn't really know what was done and what wasn't. The garage had a long booking time as well (they are popular as they know what they are doing I guess) The workshop team said it was overall okay and gave me a small list of things for next time such as about 5k miles left on the rear pads and the shocker bump stops are starting to age and pointed out an issue with the air con, looks like it will need new condensers due to leaks but that was it. The NS door window needed a new motor (Now done) and this is now working as it should. It seems sweet running now, not that I thought it was bad before. Not much left on the to do list, it will probably never be back to show room standard like some of yours are, as some of the past owner stuff would take some time and money to bring back to that standard but you never know I may find a breaker and go for it. Anyway may catch a little of the last of the summer sun with the top down. Happy days O_Sr
