Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'm sure there are exceptions, but every "set" of twist wheels I've seen on any car all point or twist to the same direction.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

What is the correct mounting orientation of the turbo twist wheels on a C4S? Do the spokes twist forward or backward? Are they supposed to be the same on both sides? Just wondering, having second thoughts that I didn't install them correctly Pics would help Thanks

POST 2Original post

The sides won't match. Shhhhhhhh. Sent from my iPhone using Rennlist

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So drivers side twists back and passenger side twists forward Correct? Or does it matter

POST 6Original post

As in Nymart's photo, twist wheels twist to the right. His photo is the driver's side. My avatar is the passenger side. Wheels on the car's passenger side will twist to the front of the car, while those on the driver's side will twist toward the back of the car.

??? I guess my tire guy didn't get the memo ...

POST 8Original post

You can always try putting them on the other way to see what happens!

POST 9Original post

Is this a joke? If a rim can not be made to point in the same direction on both sides then all four rims are the SAME. April 1st is a long way.

KoB, You have a different style of "twist" rim which points to the left. Look carefully at the spoke where it meets the rim. Your's are more curved where others are more flat. This is akin to the difference between Cup I and Cup II wheels on 968s, etc. I would guess that your rims are 17" instead of 18". I'm sure there are exceptions, but every "set" of twist wheels I've seen on any car all point or twist to the same direction. Every 18" twist wheel seems to twist right, and the only wheels I've seen that twist left are 17" and are a different style.
