When you fit the Evoms intake you relocate the SAI pump on a different bracket, on checking the new bracket allowed the pump to rest on the LH motor mount, hence transmitting the vibration through the car.

Currently have the stock one bent but there is only a paper thin space using the stock one.l

So I fitted the evoms intake and noticed that I could hear the SAI pump when it ran, something I didn�t have before. When you fit the Evoms intake you relocate the SAI pump on a different bracket, on checking the new bracket allowed the pump to rest on the LH motor mount, hence transmitting the vibration through the car. Simply bending the bracket by hand to give clearance to the motor mount stops the noise in being transmitted in the car!

just lift the SAI until you have clearance to the motor mount, the bracket will bend

Thanks for reporting the fix. Next time we have a 996 Carrera in, we'll take a look at this and double check our current brackets to prevent this. The only issue we've heard of until now is problems with some aftermarket replacement SAI pumps that are shaped differently from the factory ones. In those instances, installation cannot be completed without cutting up the bracket, so I don't think that's what happened here.
