I have litronics on my 996 and even though I swapped out the right headlight twice for one in better condition it goes off over some bumps and I have to switch on and off the lights for it to come on again. Is it the headlight switch o could it be something else? Pins maybe? Anything like this happen to you guys? Thanks

Could be anything in the circuit. I'd start at the light and work your way back. Check/clean all the connectors. Check all the insulation on the wiring to make sure nothing is shorting. Good luck

Happens to me as well, although I never tried to flip the lights on and off to get them back on. It�s only the xenon bulb that goes off, not any of the others. My headlamps are in generally poor condition (seals gone, ballasts rusty, female connector busted) and one of my projects this spring is to restore them including new xenon bulbs. Will also now pay attention to the circuit!

Before anything else, pull the headlight and reseat it. Simplest solution. Had it happen to me.
