I have the comfort seats that are 8 way with heat. I want to swap for the sport seats but I was wondering do sport seats ever come with heat and 8 way power memory? Thanks in advance.

No, mine are just like Triple Black said. I looked through a bunch of 996 TTs on Bring A Trailer to see if any of them had 8 way Sport Seats. None. Maybe Porsche didn't make that configuration

I wonder if you can switch the tracks from the power seats to the sport seats to get power sport seats.
