Suggestion
I have been using Wayne's book for a few months and it's a great overview of the projects for a 997I replaced the water pump and will be pulling the coil packs/plugs shortly, this is a great reference until the Bentley book comes out.

Is it just a DVD that you order from amazon with cool things you can do to your porsche?
EDIT: NVM looked it up, its a book. Sounds cool, ill pick one up once they start having inventory.
I got the book today.....very nice.....plenty of projects with pictures and good explanation on how to do them......well worth it for the DIY'r and for those who are a little afraid of working on their cars......
The book matched my expectations......
Not sure if "more projects"......but I am sure it has them better documented, better categorized, better presented...in a nutshell, it is a

Mine arrived today ...thumbed through it for an hour or so. Good selection of "projects," I think, ranging from beginner (change your oil) to expert (remove the engine). Well illustrated, with links to additional pics and info online. Obviously, nowhere near as detailed as the Bentley manual, but IMO worth the $24.
It's nowhere near as exhaustive as the Bentley as far as items covered, but makes up for it in the detailed instructions (the Bentley can be a little...light...on details - "To reassemble, do everything you did over the past day backwards."

I saw the Bentley guys at an event last year and asked about the 997 manual, they said they are working on it and I would bet it will be published next year. You can go to the Bentley site and sign up for a notification when it's released.
