Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Though aghast at what I was hearing, I could not help but marvel at the stark harshness of the news assailing my ears contrasting so vividly with the mellifluous tone of the announcer's voice oozing like molten chocolate from the Bang & Olufsen hi-fi set I purchased after an evening of eating Danish pastries (and Danish hookers).

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I learned of the horrific demise of a star of automobile-centric moving pictures (with sound - "talkies," I believe, is what they're being called) while lounging in my newest set of bespoke silk jammies and absently flicking my nipple with the luxurious leather band of my antique Rolex.
I fervently believe that this terrible crash has undermined the perceived value of the Carrera GT. Current CGT owners will come to understand that the CGT is an antiquated dinosaur compared to the 918 Spyder...and that it is
unsafe at any speed
. The panic selling that will ensue will drive CGT prices down to unthinkable lows, and this at the same time we are enjoying the skyward rocketing of 996 values.
As the CGT's residual value plummets as rapidly as a child's toy airplane crafted from the velvety lambskin I use to daub myself after a visit to the bidet, I will be tempted to acquire one - but with no guarantee that the value will not ultimately approach zero, I'm loath to part ways with my 996. Any advice would be appreciated.
Oh great, now you are going to draw all of the Carrera GT crowd into here, all butthurt over comparing the CGT with our lowly 996s (OK, well all of your guys' 996s).

Anyone want to go start a "cross shopping the CGT and a 996, but need help deciding" over there? I've got $5 to PayPal the thread starter if you can do it convincingly enough that they fall for it (when they check the forum next month).
Schnell eloquence of the written word once again - I dare anyone to Google the entire web and find another reference that includes all the words "Carrera GT, dinosaur, Danish hookers, bidet and velvety" in the same paragraph.
This morning I was at the stealership and was informed that last week they performed a clutch change on a Carrera GT @ $35K for parts and labor... And then I was drooling for a bit admiring the 918 they currently have on display (even though it's the wrong color on a 918 IMHO... Red)... Anyway each wheel for the 918 costs about $16K (without the tires...)... Yikes!...
Maybe we can get Jake involved to develop a solution for some rare terminal problem. Then we can spin that all up to hysterical levels. I think if we try we can get the value down to the $5k range by the end of the year
Good god, what would a Raby-ized CGT motor cost?
This doesn't really concern me as I'd rather concern myself with the m96 918 conversion price appreciation patterns.
Yes that is a true conversion/kit and NOT the real deal.
