Does anyone have pics on where/ how to remove the fuel pressure regulator on a 1999 Porsche 996? Ive searched everywhere and cannot find a how to on replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Is this a easy DIY job? Thank you in advance for anyone that can help!

It's located on the bank 2 fuel rail, above cylinder 4. Easy? Yes !! Just pull the wire retaining clip out the side and pull the regulator up and out...

I also replaced the schrader valve, part nbr 993.110.217.00 and cap. fuel pressure rail valve schrader valve tool 996 fuel pressure regulator

No need to drop motor. As Porschetech3 mentioned, it's bank 2, which will be on the driver's side (EDIT: see DBJoe's correction below. My bad!)

Bank 2, in the US, left hand drive, is on the passenger side.
