Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

27 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261027T000231Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 7Original post

Looks really nice Randy, wild! Did you have the rims refinished to chrome? Ralph

POST 8Original post

Where do you track your Porsche? Mods look nice and very functional.

POST 9Original post

Looks good. Have fond memories of my black 996 especially after having it detailed. (not so much 30-40 minutes later than that once the pollen set in )

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the responses,Wheels are the 996 40th anniversary polished 5 spoke carrera's,that i use for street use,and i track the car with my local Metro NY PCA,Watkins Glen,Lime Rock,NJMP...etc. and yes there is nothing as nice as dark colors when there kept right, but what a pain!.....this is at the lightning course at new jersey motorsports park, with michelin sport cups and turbo twists, that is my track setup.

POST 11Original post

Look good, But whats with the Jahre 40th AE plate ?????

POST 13 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Porsche 40th anniversary was in 2003,mine is a 2003,nothing to do with the anniversary model!

POST 14Original post

Quotes source post: 11724745

I know I have one, All 40th AE are numbered and UNIQUE, thats like having a stock 996 and slapping a GT3 RS badge on it, somethings just dont go together. Your car is nice and full of mods but is not a 40AE. Sorry thats just my .02$

POST 15Original post

Great looking car and pictures Randy Love that steering wheel!

POST 16 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

not trying to pose as a 40th,would never do that, like i sed just a homage to the anniversary in 2003 thats all! thanks for the nice responses!!

POST 17Original post

Quotes source post: 11726146

Yeah it would be sorta hard to do with your blue color.

POST 18Original post

Quotes source post: 11726146

That's understandable and you are probably not trying to pose as one but the 40AE plate you have between the heated seats buttons is from a 40AE and should have an assigned # number. Your car wasn't 1 of 1963 ever made so to some of us it comes across as "a wanna be". Sorry if I offended you but i'm sure other 40AE owners would think the same way.

POST 20Original post

Ooh, something to add to the "Good week" thread: A Porsche owner finds something ridiculous to get worked up about.

POST 22Original post

Quotes source post: 11726236

My take on this whole issue: These cars came with heated seats? Damn!

POST 23Original post

Yeah and some even have cup holders LOL Great Pics btw and a beautiful car.

POST 24Original post

Medevack1 what's that over your taillights? some type of a spoiler?

POST 25Original post

Quotes source post: 11738161

OMFG haha best thing I have read today. Im sorry but a 40th is nothing to raise your pinkie about. Thats like people putting the 911 on the back of their car. Its not a millenium edition but who cares. It isnt like he stuck a fake plaque on his car and did a conversion. Worked up over a front plate hahaha. I am surprised you could hit submit on that post and not feel embarrassed.
