Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
If it is super-clean, I'd say that's not high at all for dealer pricing.
Leading evidence: 'Clean i'd say' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Clean i'd say' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It's about right for a dealer being in Cali.
Interesting tire size though..."286/30ZR18 performance SBR rear tires" Also I don't know what "SBR" stands for.
At least they didn't list it as having "optional upgraded performance drilled rotors" like some others. LOL
its a little high, even for So Cal
Looks like from the carfax it had regular service at a Porsche dealer
even still, probably at least $5k high

If it is super-clean, I'd say that's not high at all for dealer pricing. I recently sold my '04 C2 with similar equipment and mileage for more. It was extremely clean and fully documented. And local.
Buying a tired-looking or ugly 996 that saves you $5K or even $10K makes zero sense to me. Finding a cherry 996.2 with under 60K miles for under $30K is harder than you might think... Sure, you can find an ad for one 1,000 miles away which might or might not be as good as it looks in the ad, but it is sure nice to find something local that you can really check out without flying, so if that car is local and what you are looking for, I'd take a serious look.
These guys must be old geezers. Who would use that terminology as a selling feature these days on any modern car, let alone have any buyer understand it.
"I dunno if them there are N rated but it doesn't matter since they are SBR..."
I just got off the phone with mr clueless in bumfluck Georgia. Called on a red car, and one of the mouth breathers from Deliverance answered.
"Aye eyum aye-us burrin'? Whut the f*** iszat?"
"Have a nice day sir."
