I have moved from feal 441+ with swift springs to nitron road sports, the Nitron road sports offer better road compliance to the feels but part of that is the stock top mounts which the road sports use.

Yes, he had Tractives with the ACE controller. He said The R3 was smoother and more finely adjustable as a manual setup and that was with higher spring rates. The R1 is track competent if you want it for a street car. There are some spring rate suggestions on our website, he had the track rates. Here is his shakedown run on the Nitrons for what it's worth.
