Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi All, I am selling an Auto Enginuity PC Scantool. General information here: https://www.autoenginuity.com/products/scan-tool.html It also comes with the standard OBD II group and the Porsche Extended OBD II pack: EI13 info here: https://www.autoenginuity.com/produc...sche-ei13.html Sold

POST 2Original post

That looks like a good alternative to a Durametric Can it reset things like an airbag light?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I don't think it is as good as a Durametric for Porsches - but the Durametric is a 1 trick pony... That is a good question for Auto Enginuity - have not used it that much. It also depends on the ECU. Ray

POST 4Original post

Looking at the website, it looks like it can look at and reset the airbag. It looks pretty comprehensive - I wonder why it hasn't been discussed much...???

POST 5Original post

Damn. Wish I had known about that before. Doesn't appear to support the 958s at all though (Durametric at least has some basic support). I need a tool for the BMW as I need to replace its battery (which needs a computer reset? WTF??? ), but at your generous offer plus another $229 for the BMW pack I might as well get the Bavtechnic instead
