Yup, it was added as a test when I put the site together last night.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Ok, so in my latest search for snow tires, I realized how painful the process of buying/selling lightly used Porsche parts actually is.
There's no one location to see everything and keep organized (I have 20 bookmarks). I find myself looking at (996 forum, RL classifieds, ebay, craigslist, other sites)
Communication is often slow or poor and I'm often confused if a listed item has been sold or is still available
Sellers aren't always reputable and I worry about the quality of parts, legitimacy of transaction (mostly public listing sites)
All I want as a buyer is to have a clean, organized marketplace to compare parts and have a straightforward transaction
As a seller, I face similar frustrations
My quality listings get lost in the classifieds or buried among spam and other listings
I answer tons of questions about the product and never hear back from potential buyers (or get lowball offers)
I have to refresh or bump my listings on a weekly (or more often) basis to prevent them from going away
All I want as a seller is "set it and forget it" and to recoup some money to spend on more parts
Having this problem over the past couple years, I just got fed up this evening and decided to build a marketplace to see if I can create a better solution:
Flat Six Market

If this works and serves as a good resource for the community, I'll keep it up and continue to refine it. If not, then I'll let it expire and go back to crawling the various classifieds, forums and auction sites for parts. I'm sure I'll get roasted for this, so queue the burn...

Sounds like a good idea. The one part you have listed (window regulator) has no description/details, though.
I have huge piles of 996, 986, and 914 parts I would like to off-load.
It's definitely a good idea, only problem I see is gaining enough public interest to really expand. People (myself included), have pretty much given in to the fact that finding stuff usually means having to have multiple online resources. I see this as just that, another resource, so it has potential if it gains traction.
Yup, it was added as a test when I put the site together last night. Added a more detailed description and will add more photos later today.
Hey, here's a good excuse and place to list some of those parts you want to off-load.
Agree with the uphill battle on educating people for a new outlet, but it doesn't hurt to try. The worst thing that happens is I put my heart and time into trying to make it work and get my dreams and confidence crushed.
