Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

And you may want to rethink the change from 18's to 19's.

Not sure if i may just run those tires, and see how they do
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

After a bit of searching, i ended up with this 99 996 with 117k on the odometer. Its had the ims, rms, coil packs, dome already. It was his weekend toy car, and really seemed ro love it, but just didnt drive it much anymore. There are a few things i have planned for it, just to make it more to my taste. Already ordered a set of 19" wheels, as these arent bad, but i prefer the bigger wheels (sadly, these tires still have nipples on them).
I would like to do something with the lights, just to delete the orange.
Say, what wing is that back there?
As far as updating the headlights, I'm with you. Headlights without the orange "yolk" really upgrade the '99's nose - here's my '99...
Congrats on an awesome acquisition.

thread delivers NIPPLES
I live my life 1/4 tank of gas at a time..
Nice looking 996 OP. Enjoy and post those new reeeeeeeeims once installed & aligned.
I am in the tampa, florida area. Not sure what i am doing with them. My hopes are to put track tires on the wheels and do a few track days. Not sure if i may just run those tires, and see how they do
Grab up the PN on the underside of that wing and let us know what it says. Should be stamped into the housing, or maybe on a stamp. Like - 996.xxx.xxx.xx or something.
It's a nascar 1 off bra. Left side 3" longer than right. You need to dump that thing and go full taco. I see you have good taste in bikes, you'll figure it out...
That kinda looks like a cabriolet aero wing - I forget the official name. Also those look like aero side skirts but not an aero front spoiler.
And you may want to rethink the change from 18's to 19's. Lots of comments in here on various issues with them (difficult fitment, rough ride). Maybe just don't sell the 18's until you are sure you like the 19's.
Oh, and you juveniles want more nipple?
