The wheels I am looking to purchase from Suncoast Porsche Parts are 18" Sport Techno Wheel Set - 8 x 18 ET50 Front / 11 x 18 ET63 Rear, and the recommended tire size is 225/40 ZR18 Front and 295/30 ZR18 on the rear.

My question is about a rear wheel / tire size for my stock 2001 Porsche 911 Cabriolet. The wheels I am looking to purchase from Suncoast Porsche Parts are 18" Sport Techno Wheel Set - 8 x 18 ET50 Front / 11 x 18 ET63 Rear, and the recommended tire size is 225/40 ZR18 Front and 295/30 ZR18 on the rear. The big question is will the rear wheel / tire size fit my stock Porsche. Suncoast Porsche web site makes the following statement. Note:** To fit Carrera 4S and Turbo models, rear spacers are required. Fits 1999-2004 911 Carrera models shown (996 generation). Will that rear 18" x 11" wheel / tire package fit my stock 2001 Porsche 911 Cabriolet narrow body with stock suspension and without the rear tires rubbing or having to do things like roll the fenders. Or will it only take a 18" x 10" rear wheel / tire package. Suncoast Parts said it will fit, but other Porsche dealers say they�re not sure it will fit and will not commit.
